I stayed at this hotel with my family and booked a suite, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience — especially because we were traveling together and wanted extra space and convenience. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing and far from what was promised.
From the moment we entered the suite, we were met with a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout our stay. It smelled musty and stale, as if the room hadn't been cleaned or aired out in a long time. This was especially uncomfortable with children, who are more sensitive to such conditions.
The suite itself was clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, scratched, and worn out. The upholstery looked dirty, and the carpet was stained in several places. The general condition of the room gave the impression of neglect and a lack of basic care. The bed linens did not feel fresh, and there were obvious signs that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
The bathroom was equally disappointing — with cracked tiles, rusted fixtures, and visible signs of age and lack of hygiene. As a parent, I was especially concerned about the cleanliness and safety for my children, and this suite simply did not meet even the most basic standards.
Considering this was supposed to be one of the hotel's best rooms — and that we paid a premium for it — the entire experience was unacceptable. We ended up spending as little time in the room as possible because it was just not comfortable or welcoming.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience, especially for families who might be considering this hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, and basic maintenance are not optional — they are expected, particularly in a suite intended for family stays. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously renovate and improve both their facilities and their standards of cleanliness.
